FARMER TO FORK
Experience agro-ecology through the chef, farmer and field relation in this back to basic/taste experience. Ben, Dries, Nicolas and Sang-Hoon share their FARMER TO FORK story. There will be two events over the seasons. The first event, on June 22th will be at l'Air du Temps, second event will be at humus x hortense on October 12th. We co-create this events with our godfathers L' Air du Temps & humus x hortense and with Le Monde des Mille Couleurs in the context of our participative text around agro-ecology.
