OUR FIRST BOOK

FUNKY WORKSHOPS

Starting to cook again is the only way to get us closer to our food again. We´ll teach funky techniques that create crazy tastes & also keep your food longer.  Check our next workshops here.

POP-IN 

A social funky crazy trendy restaurant. Using food surplus and no-waste ktichen techniques. We also co-educate long-time unemployed people. Book a table here and follow the rest-aurant on Facebook!

OUR LABEL

Our label, ¨Everybody deserves a second SJANZ¨ is a label put on products that are made with food surplus. For example the broken Sylvain Speculoos cookies. We are currently also working at a tea and a beer :)

BEERFOOD
